Radom PPS 43C owners: This barrel is going to be slightly larger than your OEM 7.62x25 barrel, and will require some turning down to fit. The trunion section of our barrels measure at a diameter of .645" We do not have perfect drop in replacement Radom PPS 43C barrels at this time. This is designed to be a replacement barrel for the PPS 43 sub-machine gun. Chambered in 9x19 parabellum (9mm).
